Qualifications

Typical Day
  • When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment.
  • Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary.
  • Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing.
  • Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
  • Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
