Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing helpful product information and service
  • Process orders, manage product returns, and handle basic troubleshooting inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and presentable storefront and work area
  • Support inventory control by receiving, recording, and preparing product shipments
  • Occasionally assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and store open / close procedures
  • Complete training modules and stay up to date on products and procedures
Driving aspect
  • Complete deliveries and pick-ups according to the branch’s daily schedule.
  • Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and submit maintenance checklists.
  • Complete all delivery-related documentation, obtain signatures, and return completed paperwork.
  • Follow all transportation regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Responsible when driving, to ensure trucks and equipment are in good working condition; pre-start up checklists and maintenance checklists are completed and submitted, to immediately communicate mechanical / maintenance issues to supervision
  • Support warehouse operations (order picking, receiving, stock placement) when not driving.
Qualifications
  • Ideally 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, distribution, or a related setting
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Class 3 truck driver
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Interest in learning new systems and growing within a team
