About the role

Role: Copywriter (Social)

Location: Remote, Canada

We are partnering with one of the world's most iconic CPG companies to drive creative excellence in brand storytelling and marketing communications. As a Social Media Copywriter, you will report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with brand marketers, art directors, social media managers/strategists, and content creators to generate compelling content that amplifies brand presence across social channels.

You will leverage your skills as a strong conceptual thinker and a skilled writer to create engaging copy tailored for social media platforms. Utilizing GenAI tools, you'll streamline workflows, enhance creative ideation, and refine messaging. What you will be doing
  • Craft original and captivating social media copy.
  • Research target audiences and competitor products to tailor impactful content.
  • Develop creative content that enhances brand identity and drives engagement.
  • Transform project briefs into strategic social media content, aligning with each project's goals.
  • Adapt content for various social platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, social media managers/strategists, and content creators from concept to execution.
  • Present creative concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in social media technology and platforms.
  • Collaboratively brainstorm visual and copy ideas with team members.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in social media messaging.

  • Salary range information: base salary may range from $59,500.00 to $66,500.00; individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
