We are hiring full-time Cooks at Riverbank Social on the Carleton University campus. As a Cook, you'll bring recipes to life, experiment with cuisines, flavors, and cooking styles, and showcase your creativity. Surrounded by fresh ingredients and top-notch equipment, you'll be part of a dynamic culinary environment.

Riverbank Social's hours are generally Monday-Friday during the daytime, with some schedules including evenings or weekends.

About the Job
  • Prepare food following recipes for a high-volume kitchen
  • Ensure adherence to recipes to meet dietary requirements
  • Take culinary lead on the floor within the location
  • Maintain consistent quality, preparation, and presentation of food
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service
  • Assist with waste control and spoilage reduction
  • Participate in culinary audits and food safety measures
  • Assist with weekly inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • Follow all Aramark Policies and Procedures
  • Perform other duties as required
