A growing recruitment firm in Vancouver is seeking a recruitment professional to source and manage candidates. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and offers a collaborative team environment, focusing on accountability and integrity. You will be responsible for recruiting senior roles across various sectors, enhancing candidate experiences while achieving generous commissions based on success.
Adaptive Talent is growing, and we are looking for colleagues to help us with Sourcing and end-to-end Recruiting (we’ll handle account management, you handle candidate management).
We’ve been successful because we curate high quality candidates that match client needs, and we thoughtfully manage the entire process for candidates, hiring managers, and HR professionals. You’ll be sourcing and recruiting senior individual contributors and leaders across all sectors and most job functions (except Engineers and IT Specialists).
