Job description

Adaptive Talent is growing, and we are looking for colleagues to help us with Sourcing and end-to-end Recruiting (we’ll handle account management, you handle candidate management).

We’ve been successful because we curate high quality candidates that match client needs, and we thoughtfully manage the entire process for candidates, hiring managers, and HR professionals. You’ll be sourcing and recruiting senior individual contributors and leaders across all sectors and most job functions (except Engineers and IT Specialists).

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit senior individual contributors and leaders across all sectors and most job functions (except Engineers and IT Specialists).
  • Collaborate on end-to-end recruiting; account management handled by the team while you handle candidate management.
Qualifications
  • Accountable & organized – work as you like; we focus on results and trust people to honour their word. You’ll use our ATS and will need your own LI subscription.
  • Motivated – we pay generous commissions based on success.
  • High integrity – you’re honest, transparent, and committed to shared success for our candidates, clients, and us, and in return we are committed to you.
