An innovative firm in financial services technology seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee sales contracting processes. This role requires a proactive individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience, adept at negotiations and possessing strong writing and communication skills. As a hybrid position, you will spend 2-3 days a week in the Mississauga office, working closely with the sales team and the VP of Legal. This Contracts Manager role reports to the sales team and has a dotted line to the VP of Legal. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have at least 5 years of sales contracting experience. You must be very familiar with the contracting process, have experience with negotiations, and have excellent writing skills. You will also work on RFPs and other projects.
A person who is adaptable, business-minded, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role. As this role is front-facing, you will need strong communication skills. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days a week in the Mississauga head office.
