About Augmentt

Augmentt is a SaaS platform purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments at scale. Our products help MSPs harden security, detect and remediate threats, standardize policies and deliver proactive reporting to their clients.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time contract position for an experienced AI‑first content marketer who blends creativity with technology. The Content Marketing Manager is the storyteller and strategist behind all of Augmentt’s content. You will own the planning, creation and optimization of content that powers our SEO, LLM discoverability, social media nurture campaigns and brand thought leadership. This role combines creativity and data‑driven marketing to turn industry insights into content that attracts, educates and converts MSPs. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure every asset supports pipeline growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
  • Build and manage a quarterly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, launches and SEO strategy.
  • Write and edit high‑performing assets including blogs, e‑books, guides, case studies, email copy and landing pages.
  • Lead video content planning and script development for demos, explainers and thought leadership clips.
  • Manage influencer collaborations including scripts, briefs and co‑marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with freelancers, designers and the marketing coordinator to ensure consistent tone, style and delivery.
SEO LLM and AI Optimization
  • Own on‑page and long‑form SEO strategy to grow organic traffic.
  • Optimize content for discoverability in large language models such as ChatGPT, Bing Copilot and Google Gemini.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and Perplexity for research, ideation and content scaling without sacrificing originality or quality.
  • Conduct keyword research and use analytics to inform topic prioritization.
  • Track and report on organic performance metrics, including traffic, rankings and conversions.
Nurture and Campaign Support
  • Develop nurture and email content that moves leads from awareness to engagement to demo.
  • Repurpose video and influencer content into multiple formats for social ads and blog use.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Augmentt’s positioning and contributes to marketing‑sourced pipeline.
Brand and Voice
  • Maintain Augmentt’s brand voice, which is approachable, trusted and expert in MSP cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to refine messaging and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every piece of content published.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Psychology or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience (cybersecurity or IT/MSP background preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content analytics.
  • Experience creating video, blog and social media content.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into research, ideation and production workflows.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross‑functionally with designers, demand gen and leadership.
KPIs for Success
  • Content‑influenced pipeline (percentage of opportunities influenced by content).
  • SEO and LLM organic traffic growth (quarter‑over‑quarter increase).
  • Content production volume and quality (blogs, case studies, reports published).
