A leading utility contractor in Halifax County is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee on-site activities for substation construction. The role includes managing a crew of 5-20, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining positive client relations. Our Substations group is currently looking to add a Construction Foreman (Substations) to our growing team, based in the Maritimes (Halifax, NS / Moncton, NB).
Reporting to the Site Supervisor (Substation Construction), the role of Foreman is to oversee on-site construction activities and lead on-site crew while ensuring project construction is executed effectively and safely. The Foreman is also responsible for tracking any changes or field issues as they arise and will be the main point of contact for the Field staff / crew.
Note: This is a Field based position and must be able to accommodate multiple shift requirements based on Project Schedules
