Our client, Champion Builders Inc., one of the leading General Commercial Contractors in NEPA, has been in business for over 35 years and is known for commercial and industrial building construction serving a territory within 2 hours of Kingston, PA.

Harvis, Inc., on behalf of Champion Builders, is looking for an experienced Full-Time Construction Estimator to join our team and work with management and the owner of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walk-throughs
2. Facilitate the entire bid process, along with bidding assistant
3. Blueprint take-offs
4. Solicitation of pricing
5. Job site visits and pictures

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience as an Estimator in a commercial construction environment
• Experience with Sage estimating software (or other similar software) is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with management, clients, and the owner of the company
