Job description

Pinchin is recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. This is a full-time position, which can be based out of Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba, on a remote or hybrid basis. The Compliance Specialist will provide backup support to the Security Clearances team and handle additional duties as required.

Responsibilities include:
  • Vendor onboarding and evaluation
  • Entering vendor data into the system and maintaining records
  • Coordinating with Accounts Payable and other departments
  • Managing client onboarding and documentation
  • Preparing insurance certificates and clearance letters
  • Supporting security clearance maintenance
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of insurance and risk mitigation
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Independent work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Post-secondary education with 5+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to obtain security clearance and certification in the PSPC Controlled Goods Program
