What you will do
  • Meet Set KPIs as per Staff KPI Table for role
  • Support the Lead Compliance and Performance to ensure IEA processes, policies, procedures and claims are compliant with contractual, legal and IEA requirements. Take proactive steps to mitigate and control risks.
  • Collate, collect claims documentary evidence from Senior / ECs SESCs for all claims review and approve for claiming. Submit claims into DOSS ESS system for claims
  • Assist in training, guiding and support ECs, SECs and SESCs and other team members with matters of compliance with documentary evidence for claims and DOSS guidelines
  • Provide reports as required
  • Ensure all IEA claims are processed on time and are compliant with the IEA Documentary Evidence Guidelines; assess compliance against fees claimed, escalate non-compliance and complex claims
What you will bring
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with relevant experience or less formal qualifications (Certificate 4 in Employment or Disability Services) with extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in the Disability sector or Human Services
  • Experience working in Employment Services or related fields and the passion and drive to help clients reach their employment goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and client information management systems
  • Effective organisational and problem-solving skills and strong attention to quality and detail
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills
  • A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and a C class drivers license along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption
  • A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to obtain if not held or expired)
  • Passport, Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
  • Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
