Job Posting: Compensation Support Specialist (Contract) Location: 60 Moodie Dr. and Remote

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits processing services. The successful candidate will support the timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing of employee benefit claims, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and process employee benefits and entitlements, including reimbursement of receipted expenses.
  • Ensure all claims are handled accurately and in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain compliance with audit standards and security requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and support service delivery.
  • Contribute to a consistent, high-quality compensation service environment.
Mandatory Requirements

M1 – Language Capacity

  • Must meet English-language requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • French language skills are considered an asset.

M2 – Security Requirements

  • Must meet all security requirements outlined in the Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL) at the time of contract award.

M3 – Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 5 years calculating and processing benefits/entitlements for reimbursable expenses.

M4 – Client References

  • Must provide client references confirming relevant experience.
Rated Requirements

R1 – Public Service Sector Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the Public Service Sector.

R2 – French Language Capacity

  • Ability to meet French-language requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work.
  • Must demonstrate effective communication skills and identify at least one role within the last 5 years where French communication was required.
