What will your typical day look like?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic communications projects across the global consulting network, driving transformation, integration and consistent messaging
  • Drive stakeholder identification and engagement, best‑in‑class change and communications deliverables and multichannel communication strategies
  • Craft compelling internal campaigns that simplify complex change
  • Manage editorial planning and adjust strategies and messaging based on feedback, data and evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with other communicators to advance strategic priorities
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders in an advisor and liaison capacity
  • Contribute to the Engagement, Change and Communication team’s definition of purpose, ambition, and near‑future goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related area
  • Experience designing and delivering communications and engagement strategies that drive meaningful change
  • Skilled communicator with experience in writing, editing, presenting, and storyboarding for senior leaders
  • Strong organization and project management skills – with the ability to be adaptable and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset and a “here to help” attitude
  • Critical thinker capable of synthesizing insights, translating complex ideas into easy‑to‑understand deliverables and articulating alternative viewpoints
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, with demonstrated project experience to support multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently
  • Able to navigate ambiguity within a virtual, global organization, proactively identify potential challenges, and propose solutions
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
