A Foundation for Equality seeks a Communications Manager to drive strategic communications initiatives. This role requires fluency in French and English, along with significant experience in media relations and copywriting. You will oversee the creation and dissemination of content across various platforms. The position offers a salary range of $81,177-$100,772 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package. The work is hybrid, with some on-site requirements.
The Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) was created in 1996 to reaffirm the principles of justice and equality for all in Canada. The CRRF's mandate is to facilitate throughout Canada the development, sharing, and application of knowledge and expertise to eliminate racism and all forms of racial discrimination in Canadian society.
The Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and disseminating content in line with CRRF’s strategic communications vision. You are experienced in designing and executing scalable communications strategies that drive impactful results in growing our programs and brand across multiple communications functions: media engagement, social media, marketing, stakeholder management, and copywriting.

Salary: $81,177-$100,772 per annum. CRRF is a unionized workplace and the position and its salary are subject to a Collective Agreement.
CRRF offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes three weeks of vacation, five personal days, two floating days, sick days and 4% of annual income towards RRSP plan, and life, medical and dental care insurance.
Probationary Period: 120 working days
