A leading education technology company is seeking a Finance Analyst to handle sales compensation calculations, reporting, and auditing. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in finance roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. The position offers a hybrid work model with a salary range of CAD 55,000 to CAD 63,000.

Please note : This is a hybrid role with expectations of 3 days per week based out of our Kitchener HQ or Toronto office.
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
Base Salary Range $55,000—$63,000 CAD
