Position Overview

The Commercial Site Coordinator supports day-to-day operations on large-loss commercial restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Acting as a key link between Project Managers, trades, clients, and insurance adjusters, this role oversees site documentation, logistics, safety compliance, and project close-out.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily site activities including scheduling trades, deliveries, and access.
  • Support Project Managers with plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
  • Monitor and document site safety, inspections, and compliance.
  • Track materials, equipment, and inventory.
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain project records, logs, and communication.
  • Support quality control, identify deficiencies, and assist in project close-out.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Participate in emergency response activities as needed.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education in Business, Project Coordination, or similar preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project administration/coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and team-focused.
Nice To Have
  • Experience supporting large commercial projects or disaster restoration;
  • Knowledge of insurance restoration processes and industry terminology; and
  • 1+ years of experience within the construction, restoration or insurance industry.
Working Conditions
  • Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours;
  • Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged periods of computer use, demanding attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
  • Periodic travel to job sites may be required.
