Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth, retention, and achieve performance targets
• Develop tailored solutions and personalized strategies to meet each client’s unique needs
• Create and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to attract and engage target markets
• Represent the company at networking events and client meetings to generate leads and close new business opportunities
• Maintain and refine a proactive prospecting and sales plan to ensure consistent pipeline development and revenue growth

Qualifications

• RIBO License required
• At least 1 to 3years of experience incommercial lines insurance sales
• Experience in outbound insurance sales is a huge asset
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with Epic system is ideal
