What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • At least 2 years of commercial insurance production experience; the more senior the candidate, the better!
  • Strong knowledge of insurance markets and a RIBO license.
  • Ability to generate new business and develop long‑term client relationships.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a self‑driven work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Existing book of business or ability to build one from scratch.
  • Experience targeting mid to large‑sized business accounts.
  • Familiarity with niche markets or specific industry sectors within commercial insurance.
  • Independent and proactive approach to sales and client management.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance sales or production, with senior advisors strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Residence in Ontario; fully remote work available for Ontario‑based candidates.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on building and growing a personal book of business.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or broker events.
