Imagine Your Future - What You'll Do
- Content Strategy & Optimization
- Strategically contribute to monthly social media content planning sessions and brainstorms.
- Track month‑over‑month analytics on our content performance to present what is working and where there are content optimization opportunities to foster more engagement with this demographic.
- Identify and pitch TikTok trends/reactive marketing opportunities that align with Sephora Canada's objectives, such as entertainment and shareability.
- YouTube discovery: Deep dive into the platform to best understand how Canadians and our target audience consume content to inform Sephora Canada's approach.
- Creator Marketing
- Support with an Influencer Marketing campaign focused on entertainment and shareability.
- Assist the Assistant Manager, Content Creator, with content spotlighting Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Content Execution
- Manage the Sephora Canada Content Calendar and schedule postings into DashHudson.
- Draft weekly Copy Writing Briefs, infusing Sephora's tone of voice.
- Support the Assistant Manager, Content Creator in concepting, filming and editing social‑first videos that drive business priorities.
- Attend monthly social media shoots in the studio, FSC Head Office and at Sephora local stores.

- Currently working on completion of bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing or Communications and enrolled in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year.
- Able to work full‑time hours (40 hours per week) and can physically be available to go into the office in accordance with our hybrid work policy.
- You're organized and have a knack for managing your time and prioritizing tasks.
- You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work best under pressure.
- You're technically savvy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a passion and strong knowledge of social media, inclusive of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- You show a keen interest in social media analytics and how it can be used to optimize content performance.
- You are collaborative, creative, and ready to brainstorm new and exciting ideas.
- Experienced and comfortable filming and editing social videos in the apps (i.e. TikTok and CapCut).
- A love for beauty/Sephora and comfortable being on camera is considered an asset.
- Willingness & ability to translate Gen Z terms and trends for your Millennial Managers.

Location, Availability & Physical Requirements
- Hybrid: You'll have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate at our head office at 160 Bloor Street East in Toronto. We'll schedule 3 days per week for in‑office collaboration.
- Work Hours: Your typical workweek will be 40 hours, with a schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
