Tasks
  • Assist machinists in daily operations.
  • Set up tools and fixtures according to operation sheets.
  • Check the condition of parts during setup.
  • Complete maintenance forms and follow-up reports (e.g., dimensional control plans, standardized work procedures).
  • Update the production list on the machine.
  • Load, unload, and transport parts and fixtures.
  • Empty chip trays and refill cutting fluids.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety at the workstation.
  • Relay instructions to the next shift.
  • Report any anomalies to the supervisor.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
