The Team: Client Service Workers (CSWs) play a valuable role in the Service Delivery Division’s service to British Columbians seeking income and disability assistance. CSWs provide administrative and client service support and work in a diverse, busy client service environment across various computer programs.
The Role: The Client Service Worker is primarily responsible for responding to public inquiries relating to income and disability services, and providing administrative support to their work unit. CSWs in Duncan work in the Community Services Branch delivering in-office service to Ministry clients.
Respond to public inquiries relating to income and disability services. Provide administrative support to the work unit and deliver in-office service to Ministry clients in Duncan as part of the Community Services Branch.
