Overview

Are you a registered Clinical Pharmacist looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? This opportunity is with the Primary Care department in the South Peace Primary Care Network (Dawson Creek, Chetwynd and Tumbler Ridge). Hours of work may vary based on site and operational need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network as part of an interprofessional team.
  • Identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through provision of comprehensive medication management.
Position Details

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days 08:30 to 16:30, Rotating.
