Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacist licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
  • Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or equivalent experience.
  • Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmacy services to patients in accordance with established vision and values.
  • Assess and recommend individualized treatments as a part of an interprofessional team.
  • Monitor drug prescribing and distribution to ensure safe and effective use.
