We are a fully centralized Integrated Research Organization (IRO) specializing in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials in over 35 therapeutic areas: inpatient and outpatient; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device trials.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Market Manager to oversee site operations, patient enrollment, provider engagement, team training, and site growth across one or more locations within a geographic market. In this role, you’ll be accountable for operational performance, quality standards, and financial results while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. You’ll work closely with site leaders, investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional partners to ensure that Centricity’s operating model is consistently executed with excellence, safety, and participant care at the forefront.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead all operational functions for assigned sites, ensuring patient enrollment, quality, and financial goals are achieved.
  • Hire, develop, and manage site leadership and staff, including Clinical Research Coordinators and other team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, performance management, professional development, and PTO/timecard approvals.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
  • Monitor KPIs for each site, investigate variances, and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, safety reporting, and timely study visit execution.
  • Support feasibility, PSVs, study planning, and execution.
  • Represent sites during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, including workflows, technology, and training.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for site-level issues within the market.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular updates on market performance and support company-wide initiatives.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
  • Hold a college/university degree in a life sciences-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Have at least 4 years of clinical research experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Bring a proven track record of meeting operational and recruitment targets.
  • Have leadership training and/or prior experience as an Operations Manager at Centricity.
  • Are experienced in managing multiple sites or teams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in coaching, operational leadership, and collaborative problem-solving.
