We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our GroupQuest team.

Overview

The Client Service Specialist will maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure their group needs are met and build relationships, handle pricing, prepare and execute plan changes, pull and prepare experience reports (including more detailed reports for larger groups), and manage escalated claims, admin, and billing issues. The role also supports commission and contracting issues and manages various letters and notifications related to MGA appointments, Agent of Record, and terminations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure their group needs are met, and build relationships.
  • Pricing, preparing and executing plan changes.
  • Pull and prepare experience reports, including more detailed reports for larger groups.
  • Handle and resolve escalated claims, admin, and billing issues.
  • Assist with commission and contracting issues.
  • Manage the submission and tracking of all MGA appointment letters.
  • Manage and process the submission on Agent of Record letters.
  • Manage the submission of termination letters.
  • Manage overdue account notifications and pending terminations due to minimum participation requirements.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a post-secondary education.
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in Group Benefits.
  • Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Group Insurance principles and assessment techniques.
  • High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
