Veterinary Office Assistant Job Ad posting. We are hiring! Are you looking to work as collaborative team member in a facility that feels like your home away from home? Is your desire to interact with dogs, cats and their pet parents? Plessis Veterinary Hospital is a full-service companion animal hospital located in Transcona. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service representative with strong client facing skills to add to our growing veterinary team. Starting wage for this position is $16.50/hour and up depending on experience. This position offers full-time hours varying between mornings, evenings and weekends. We offer full health and benefits packages to full time employees, competitive pay and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities
  • As an Office Assistant/Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients while ensuring the patients receive the highest standard of care!
Qualifications
  • Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills including the ability to problem solve, collaborate with team members, and foster relationships with customers. Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred however we provide training for right person.
