Our client, a well-established company based in Woodstock, Cape Town, is seeking a proactive and professional Client Liaison Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a customer-facing client support or administrative role, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Experience with Smartsheet is a plus. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational abilities capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while delivering high-quality service. This is a remote position.

Duties
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and customers
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and request information as needed
  • Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Escalate issues appropriately and adhere to escalation protocols
  • Track progress and provide regular status reports to management
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems including Smartsheet (advantageous)
  • Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Hours
  • Remote (With offices in Woodstock if required)
