Job description
The Opportunity: Client Care Worker (Inner City Health) Part Time Permanent

Posting Date: October, 2025

As a Client Care Worker in the Inner-City Health Program, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication assistance, and support to clients in specialized units. This is a part‑time position to work day, evening, and/or overnight. Carefor is committed to providing quality care to its clients twenty‑four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. To accomplish this, you will be expected to work the schedule as posted. However, Carefor reserves the right to change the schedule as required.
