The Role

This role is to provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

  • Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
  • Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

Please note for all vacancies where a driving license is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA license.

It would be great if you also have
  • Previous clerical experience in NHS
  • Database skills
Contract type

Permanent, Part Time, 25 hours. Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Admin within Hamilton Locality. The working pattern for this role - Monday to Friday.
