CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • At least 2 years of experience driving tank trucks (fluid hauling) preferred
  • Ability to operate Tri-Axle units and Super B trucks

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and operate equipment safely and professionally
  • Participate in safety programs by adhering to all company and customer policies & procedures
  • Attend toolbox talks, safety meetings, FLRAs, hazard assessments, and perform pre-trips / post-trips
  • Work effectively as part of a team with coworkers, contractors, and customers
  • Follow all relevant regulations and rules
  • Keep safety certificates up to date
  • Perform maintenance to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation of units
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Workload may vary; emergency situations and busy periods are possible
  • Travel in various weather conditions to different worksites is required
  • Ability to lift heavy tools and parts
