Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related clinical experience including 1 year clinical experience with chronic pain.
• Experience working in a Primary Health Care environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for the chronic pain team.
• Collaborate with team members for patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Advanced psychotherapy skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to complete biopsychosocial assessments

Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group psychotherapy

Competencies in other languages

Education

PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, or a related field

Registered or eligible for registration with NSBEP
