A Volunteer Organization is seeking Chinese speaking volunteers to assist seniors through friendly visits. Volunteers fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English can participate in remote training sessions to prepare them for this rewarding role. The training includes five Zoom sessions and one in-person session, culminating in a certificate. Jewish Seniors Alliance is a community service for seniors from all religious and cultural backgrounds.We are currently in need of volunteers who speak Cantonese and Mandarin , We offer a well rounded training in volunteer training with seniors. The training is offered at no cost and at the end of the training you will get a certificate.in friendly visiting.Volunteers must live in Vancouver. The training consists of five sessions all on Zoom and the sixth session is in person on Mondays and Wednesdays.
