Qualifications

  • Must hold, or be eligible for, licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
  • Experience in Child and Youth Psychiatry is required.
  • Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychiatric assessments and treatments for patients up to 18 years old.
  • Collaborate with community mental health services and family physicians.
  • Participate in the general on-call schedule for psychiatric admissions.
