A leading Canadian wealth management firm in Toronto is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the President of Private Wealth. This strategic role requires over 15 years of experience in financial services and proven leadership skills. The Chief of Staff will drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensure effective collaboration across teams, and oversee communication and operational processes. This position offers a base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 plus performance bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.

The Chief of Staff is a strategic leadership role designed to amplify the President, Private Wealth’s impact and ensure organizational alignment. This position drives execution of the President, Private Wealth’s strategic agenda with discipline, speed, and precision. Acting as an integrator, communicator, and operator, the Chief of Staff facilitates collaboration across the firm and ensures priorities are delivered effectively.
The position comes with a base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit‑sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
