The CFO will be both strategic and hands-on, bringing analytical, data-driven financial expertise to solve complex business problems in a people-centric culture.This is a broad leadership role including developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leading the annual planning and forecasting cycles, acting as the primary financial liaison to external and internal key stakeholders. As the finance steward, own the core finance and accounting functions delivering best in class reporting, cash flow management, risk management and working capital management. Develop a high performing team, one that fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. With the anticipated growth of the business, there will be major initiatives to lead including M&A, technology modernization and automation and building strategic relationships.In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:- CPA designation
- 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience with a successful track record ideally in a multi-entity, professional services or financial services environment
- Demonstrated experience in driving profitable growth
- Strategic leader with hands-on leadership, with an operational and technology/data driven mindset
- Leader of a high performance team with expertise of building and coaching for sustainable growth
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functionally
