Main responsibilities

• Assess QA automation needs to define and leverage the current automation framework to best serve client-oriented use cases.
• Participate in optimizing QA tests development and execution.
• Design and promote quality processes.
• Hands-on work on test scripts and tools, deployment pipelines and code reviews.
• Support the implementation of company-wide reporting mechanisms and ensure effective communication; closely collaborate with DevOps and IVV teams to integrate quality concepts and tools, and client experience within CI environments.
• Synchronize with Software and Hardware team leads to manage priorities and requirements.
• Responsible for technical coaching, mentoring, training and daily interactions with team members to ensure lasting competencies and knowledge sharing.
• Assess team members7 performances, manage competencies and training plans.

Requirements

• Education: Degree/diploma in computer science.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on test automation experience and at least 2 years as a team lead, or experience as Scrum Master.
• Technical skills:
• Good knowledge of the Test Life Cycle, quality processes, methodologies and test design techniques.
• Strong experience building CI test automation frameworks using Jenkins, Gitlab-CI.
• Experience with various test automation frameworks/tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python / PyTest, Nose2, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of industry practices with a focus on Agile, DevOps, environments and test integration.
• Experience with a source code management system (GIT).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Language skills: French mandatory. English required for reading technical documentation in English and to communicate with international clients.
• Soft skills:
• Strong problem solving, design and analytical skills, creative thinking for testing approaches under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Ability to write process documentation.
• Autonomy.

• QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
• Scrum Master certification.
