Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our software engineering team in a permanent role. Our team is primarily frontend-focused, working with Agile methodologies to develop web tools and components that power a suite of white-label loyalty solutions.

We are a highly motivated and collaborative team working with a variety of technologies, with full visibility and ownership of our tech stack. About the Role

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Lead the daily development activities of your team, providing clear direction to all team members.
• Review and manage the performance of your direct reports, conducting periodic performance evaluations.
