Position: Bartender/Server

Hourly: $17.60/hr + tips

Start: Immediate Start

Schedule: 5 days/week required availability; mornings, afternoons, evenings shifts. Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

Bar & Floor Service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Rally standards
• Take food and drink orders and provide table service in the lounge and near‑court seating areas
• Maintain a clean, stocked, safe, and organized bar area

Guest Experience

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and club offerings
• Build relationships with regulars and support a fun, inclusive community atmosphere

Operations

• Follow all Smart Serve and club safety protocols
• Process payments accurately and manage tabs
• Assist with restocking, inventory tracking, and opening/closing duties
• Support club events, tournaments, and social nights as needed

Teamwork

• Collaborate closely with hosts, club staff, and management
• Communicate effectively to maintain smooth service during busy court times and events

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification (required)
• Experience as a bartender, server, or hybrid service role
