A leading foodservice company is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at Air Canada Head Office in Dorval. The ideal candidate will have two years of culinary supervisory experience, strong skills in banquet and catering functions, and will be bilingual in French and English. You will help the Executive Chef prepare and cook food, supervise food service associates, and maintain high sanitation standards. Location: Air Canada Head office, Dorval, Qc (parking included)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
