Our Government of Canada client is looking for a Change Management Specialist (Level 2) to support the implementation of a new solution by developing and delivering technical training for the client’s IMS team. The focus is on strengthening curriculum, delivery plans, and materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client leadership to confirm/refine the technical training curriculum.

  • Develop comprehensive training delivery plans and schedules.

  • Create, adjust, and maintain training materials and artifacts for IMS team members.

  • Support effective knowledge transfer and adoption during solution rollout.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant experience within the last 10 years (demonstrated using a maximum of three projects).

  • Proven experience in training material development, curriculum design, and instructional delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills; adaptable to evolving training needs.

  • Enhanced Reliability security clearance (active or eligible).

Work Model
