JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the VP of Cement this role this role will involve sales of our cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop connections that foster loyalty and be part of a company with a fantastic culture that appreciates your achievements.

This role will be covering sales for Eastern Ontario, including Ottawa, Barrie, Cornwall and the GTA.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment
  • Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
  • Travel to customer locations as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Manage inventory levels and track product availability.
  • Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.
  • Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU OFFER
