The Category Specialist‑Retail is responsible for supporting the Retail Strategy Manager in the execution of strategic plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and overall performance for Wine Rack and assigned retail banners. This role focuses on optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, and placement strategies by banner/channel to align with corporate goals and meet customer needs, while leveraging data‑driven insights to maximize category potential. This role collaborates with internal teams to ensure plans are aligned to corporate objectives and leads the team through executional excellence.
Budgeted Range – $68 ,689.00 - $88, 892.00
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
