Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Category Manager for Agriculture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and has a genuine passion for agriculture. You will be instrumental in aligning our parts and service strategies across our agricultural divisions in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to grow our agriculture division’s success. You’ll collaborate closely with John Deere and other key suppliers to develop and implement programs, promotions, product categories, overall enhancing the value we deliver to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to explore product potential, develop promotional strategies, and implement effective supplier programs.
  • Lead the creation and monthly rollout of our Agriculture Value Flyer, ensuring alignment with customer needs and seasonal opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to attract and retain customers through targeted parts and service promotions.
  • Listen and respond to feedback from branch and field teams, supporting them to improve our parts and service offerings.
  • Keep a pulse on the agricultural landscape- primarily in Canada, and become familiar with Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Audit and research competitor offerings, promotional programs and discount strategies.
