A community-focused organization in Calgary is seeking a Career Advisor to support clients along their career journey, helping them build skills for sustainable employment. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary background and 2 years of demonstrated coaching experience, specifically with diverse groups. Responsibilities include client assessments, developing service plans, and providing ongoing support. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 and comprehensive benefits in an inclusive work environment.

Like WCG, you believe in the power of work. As a Career Advisor, you will support clients as they move along their career continuum, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to achieve sustainable employment or pursue further training.
You’ll develop strong, positive relationships with clients, providing guidance, motivation, and individualized case management. Your support will include résumé development, interview preparation, and coaching clients to recognize and build on their strengths.
As the client’s primary point of contact, you’ll ensure seamless service delivery and help them progress toward greater independence, self‑sufficiency, and successful employment outcomes.
