Qualifications

• 4000 Total Time flying experience required.
• 2500 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours necessary.
• 2000 MPIC (Multi-Pilot in Command) hours needed.
• Dash 8 PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check) must be current within last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dash 8 - 300 aircraft as PIC throughout Northern Canada.
• Verify flight plans and stay updated with weather and NOTAMs.
• Participate in pre-flight inspections and post-flight duties.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate Dash 8 - 300 aircraft safely and efficiently throughout Northern Canada as PIC
• Stay current with all available flight information, including weather, and applicable NOTAMs where available, and verify type A flight plans for accuracy
• Participate in the aircraft pre-flight inspection, as well as all post-flight duties

Qualifications

• 4000 Total Time
• 2500 PIC
• 2000 MPIC
• BC flying experience is a great asset
• Dash 8 PPC that has not expired for more than 24 months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to safety culture
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
