The Project Manager oversees projects to ensure a positive client experience, completing work on-time, on-budget, and to specifications. The ideal candidate is process-driven, proactively manages the project lifecycle, and is committed to exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills, energy, multitasking ability, and prioritization skills.
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team in delivering projects that meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Familiarity with research methods such as CATI, online surveys, sampling, and qualitative techniques is essential. The Coordinator should be process-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to client satisfaction. Key tasks include troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution, with a need for technical aptitude, energy, and multitasking capabilities.
The Business Development Director focuses on driving profitable growth through new client acquisition and re-engaging lapsed clients using Salesforce. Building genuine relationships to understand client needs and recommending suitable data collection solutions is vital. Staying current with market trends, research methodologies, and emerging technologies is essential to effectively serve clients.
The Account Director manages relationships with existing clients, fostering strategic growth. Responsibilities include expanding the client portfolio through inbound and outbound efforts, coordinating resources for research projects, and aligning client expectations with project execution. The role involves strategic planning and client management to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
Canadian Viewpoint also employs Sales Team Administrators who handle administrative tasks for North American accounts. They process RFPs received via phone, email, or website, verify details, and resolve any client queries to ensure smooth operations.
