What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to customer inquiries using a case management application, acting as a trusted advisor to drive solution adoption and help customers achieve their objectives
  • Assist customers in identifying how the employer's products can address their critical business challenges
  • Reduce product and logo churn by effectively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed to address customer inquiries
  • Plan and manage a high-volume portfolio through prioritization and attention to detail
