Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented individual to join our Advancement team as a fundraising Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will have faith & mission alignment, fundraising experience with a proven track record of relationship building and financial success, strategic and project management skills, relationship building strengths, communication and marketing abilities along with technical experience using a donor management system (e.g. Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, RaisersEdge, or similar CRM).
Employee Status & Compensation:
Start Date: Tuesday, August 5, 2025
Status: A 1.0 FTE; 12-month position, 40 hours/week
Salary Range: $58,000 – $65,000 commensurate with education and qualified experience
Standard Benefits: holidays, school breaks, 160 hours of PTO, tuition reduction for employee children, 403b retirement plan with a minimum of 1% discretionary match and a $2,000 Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) through Terrill Flex.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and evaluate all fundraising campaigns, including Annual Giving, Capital, and Scholarship efforts.
Collaborate with the Head of School and Philanthropy Committee of the Board to set and achieve fundraising goals.
Cultivate and steward relationships with current and prospective donors, including individuals, foundations, and church partners.
Manage campaign communications, including appeals, updates, acknowledgments, and impact reports.
Organize and execute donor engagement events and recognition activities.
Maintain accurate donor records and reporting using the school’s donor management system (Bloomerang is the current CRM).
Ensure that all fundraising activities align with the school’s mission and values.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in Advancement through fundraising.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, business) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related work.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and donors. Comfort in coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with donor databases and fundraising software preferred.
