A local municipality is looking for Camp Counsellors to work with children aged 5 to 12 during March Break. Candidates should be creative, energetic, and possess effective communication skills. The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking a creative, energetic and self‑motivated team player to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Camp Counsellor(s) during March Break.
Reporting to the Recreation Programmer, Camp Counsellors will work as part of a team responsible for the creation, implementation and delivery of programs to campers 5 to 12 years of age. Camp Counsellors will engage with the campers in a variety of recreation programs by maintaining staff‑to‑camper ratios to ensure safety. The successful candidate(s) will be required to communicate effectively with campers, parents, the community and town staff.
$18.50 - $20.01 per hour
