Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a recreation programming setting.
• Extensive experience working with diverse populations in recreation delivery.
• Current certifications in First Aid & CPR-C, and Behavior Management.

Responsibilities

• Support staff with behaviour management and training.
• Plan and facilitate staff meetings focusing on behaviour management.
• Regularly visit camp sites to ensure compliance with policies.
